Privacy

Your details, kept close.

Ben looks after your home and your pets, and he looks after your information the same way. Here is what he keeps and why.

What Ben keeps

What you share.

Your name and phone number, and anything else you choose to send, like your email, your town and notes about your pets.

For booked clients, the details Ben needs to care for your pets and your home: routines, vet and emergency contacts, keys and door codes.

How it’s used

Only to look after you.

Ben uses your details to get back to you, to plan visits and to care for your pets and your home. He never sells them or shares them, except with your vet or an emergency contact if your pet needs help.

Keys and codes

Private and secure.

Keys and door codes are kept private and secure, and never labeled with your address. When you stop service, keys come back to you and codes are deleted.

Photos

Yours first.

Photos from visits are sent to you. Ben only shares a photo of your pet more widely, like on this site, with your permission.
